Objectives of this role:
Developing and executing a sales plan, and working with internal teams to develop a winning strategy
Proactively build network with Key Opinion Leaders deep understanding of healthcare structure/players in assigned territories/accounts
Increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory.
Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a way thats consistent with marketing strategy Learn about the competitor market and consistently rise above through exemplary customer service and sales tactics
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to prospective clients within various healthcare organizations and practices Meet with current and prospective clients to identify their needs and present new/relevant products
Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database Required skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to upholding our companies ethical standards
The ability to negotiate and collaborate
Presentation skills
Commercial awareness
Time management
Preferred qualification:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with 3-5 Years of experience. Experienced in Ophthalmology/Urology/Nephrology/Surgical Gastro/Oncology are most preferred.
