Senior Engineer/Asst Manager- Design, Coupling

• Conceptualize and design products that meet specific requirements and standards.
• Create detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Develop prototypes and test them to ensure functionality and quality.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that the final product meets all expectations.
• Oversee the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Ensure that the product meets all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Continuously review and refine designs to optimize functionality and cost-effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have minimum 8-10 years of experience in Design and product development of Couplings. Previous work experience with reputed MNC for same product would be added advantage. Should be able to work independently.

• The chosen engineer will collaborate with the design and production teams on various design projects, using in-depth knowledge of the latest design trends and engineering software to lead the way. In addition to being a good communicator, all candidates should be creative thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills.
