The Manager, Legal, Contracts and Compliance will provide legal guidance and support to the organization across various business functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting business decisions with sound legal advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract law.

Key responsibilities,

1. Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, Export control laws, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property and employment law.

2. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, NDAs and all types of agreements to ensure legal protection for the company.

3. Manager and resolve legal disputes, including coordinating, and company policies.

4. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.

5. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate business risks and protect the company's interests.

6. Manage internal legal processes, including overseeing intellectual property rights and regulatory investigations.

7. Support business initiatives with legal research, opinions and due diligence.

8. Oversee legal audits and compliance checks to ensure the companys legal standing and minimize exposure to legal liabilities.

9. Provide legal training and guidance to employees on various legal topics, including contract management, compliance and corporate policies.

10. Lead or collaborate with cross functional teams on legal matters affecting the business.

11. Responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts.

12. Responsible for the enforcement or defense of claims in national and international business transactions.

13. Responsible for the legal support of the topic of "Legal Operations".

14. Ensuring compliance with export control regulations, managing export control activities and advising on matters related to the classification, licensing and compliance of international transactions and shipments.

15. Any other topics assigned from time to time.
