About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in the Printing Media industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and business acumen, with the ability to assess and improve business processes, identify opportunities for growth, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business performance, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable recommendations that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. Your work will directly impact the business strategy and decision-making process in the competitive printing media space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, sales, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and reports that support business decisions.
• Process Optimization: Assess current business processes and recommend solutions for improvement, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior in the printing media industry.
• Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of business strategies by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business strategies and support organizational goals.
• KPI Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies and initiatives.
• Financial Analysis: Support the finance team in forecasting and budgeting by providing insights into business performance and market conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum MBA from a reputed institution; preference given to candidates from IIMs.
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or related roles, preferably within the printing media or similar industries.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize them.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of financial metrics and experience with financial analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the printing media industry or related sectors.
