Job Description:

Ensure E&S related studies (ESIA, ESDD) and inputs are provided on time for financial closure of all the upcoming projects meeting the quality requirements in commensurate with IFC, ADB and other international organization
Developing E&S Management Systems, Grievance Redressal Mechanism and Stakeholder Engagement Plans for the new projects
Schedule and conduct E&S compliance audits at site to ensure effective implementation of corporate ESMS
Coordinate with Business and Corporate Finance team internally and provide relevant inputs for compliance to E&S obligations as per investors/lenders as well as corporate ESMS manual
Conduct E&S related trainings to create E&S related awareness among various teams
Coordinate with consultants engaged for carrying out ESIA, ESDD and other relevant studies/audits for ensuring quality and timely delivery
Coordinate with field HSE for effective implementation of E&S management systems
Support site teams to develop site specific procedures for waste management and other E&S aspects
Assist site team for investigating of environment related accidents and near-misses
