Assistant Manager - Site Quality_Mechanical

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Site Quality Assurance Milestone Approval
1. Managing the required processes actions to ensure the execution is done in line with norms specs
2. Review, support for closure of issues reported coordinate with senior leaders for long pending issues
3. Providing technical guidance to the site team with respect to product or process deviations reported
4. Organizing Refresher s training programs for execution team on new product or processes
5. Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management system IMS Audits
6. Co-ordination with all stake holders to compile the Lessons Learnt from all execution sites
7. Releasing Quality Alerts on Major or repetitive deviation reported from the site
8. Periodic Audits for Overall Six-M control to achieve desired quality as per specs
9. Coordination with the suppliers (SPOC) for the product deviations required support
10. Timely escalation of the pending issues ensuring timely support closure

Team Deployment:
1. Coordination with the Project team on project plan, Project Progress deployment schedule
2. Team deployment shifting to other site in case of slow or stalled project progress
3. Quarterly performance assessment for the TPL deployed on site
4. Setting the Goals for the Site QA team reviewing the status
