Position Title - Manager -eBoP
Experience - 10-14 years
Qualification - Electrical Engineering
Location- Hubli - Karnataka

Role & Responsibilities-
Resource (Human/Spares/Services) planning for e-BoP assets, so as to derive optimum output from e-BoP assets under operation
Ensure to follow ReNew safety standards as applicable for all the eBoP activities across state
Identification of e-BoP asset risks & closure/ Timely escalation of matters to the management
To participate & ensure compliance to IMS & technical audits there on plan basis to ascertain asset health to maintain desired asset life cycle.
Assuring all necessary CAPA relating to the audit findings to be taken & these are effective.
Implementation of Peak Season Preparation Plan (PSPP).
Driving matters related to evacuation constraints.
FMECA (Failure Mode Effect & Criticality analysis) of all e-BoP assets processes & services and ongoing derivation of improvement opportunities and actions thereon.
Implement all the digital & new initiative as released from central e-BoP asset management
