Job Description
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company s business practices comply with all legal requirements and ethical standards as outlined in company policies.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Continuously monitor and verify compliance with laws, policies, and regulations set by government agencies.
- Data Management: Collect, verify, and compile relevant data, preparing presentations for quarterly Sustainability reviews.
- Environmental Monitoring: Coordinate with NABL approved laboratories for environmental monitoring and assessments.
- Report Preparation: Compile and prepare required compliance reports for various authorities including, but not limited to:
- State Pollution Control Board
- Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC)
- Fire Emergency Services
- Central Ground Water Authority
- State/Central Dam Safety Authority
- Regulatory Liaison: Prepare and provide necessary reports and information for regulatory agencies upon request.
