Job Description
- Knowledge in Patents lifecycle,
- Experience in Patent Analytics such as Patentability search, Invalidity study, Freedom-to-operate search, Landscape study,
- Experience in Patent validation and processing IPO form,
- Experience in inventor s discussion,
- Expertise in patent search databases such as Orbit, WIPO, EPO etc
- Knowledge in automobile sector, majorly on upstream technologies
- Skill set (Optional) :
- Experience in Patent Drafting & prosecution
- Registered Patent Agent is an added value
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To Independently validate patentability
- To guide the inventors to convert ideas to Technical Memo (invention disclosure)
- To perform various searches such as Patentability, invalidity, Freedom-to-operate
- To be proficient Patent search tools and Patent laws
- To actively involve & support in conducting brainstorming activities & cross functional
- To communicate with stakholders and prepare presentations and tracking (Excel/PPT)
