- Maintain Customer complaints tracking sheet.
- Ensures horizontal deployment of corrective actions and no repetitive complaints.
- Coordinates customer audits, QMS audits and documentation.
- Driving Daily QRQC Meeting at Shop Floor.
- Drive Elimination of Non-Value Adding projects to reduce COPQ.
- Exchange of Best practices and lesson learned.
- Handling of SPC /MSA/Layout /Product and Process Audit activity.
- Experience in PPAP activity.
- Diploma /BE ( Mechanical /Automobile /Production Engineering)
- Relevant experience of 4-6 years
- Effective management, technical and supervisory skills.
- Competent in using software including Windows, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and the Internet.
- Resourceful, energetic, competent, multi-task and results-oriented.
