Mould Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

a. Responsible for new mold validation as per the defined standards
b. Responsible to execute ECN's raised by internal/external customers with proper documentation

c. Spare part management to ensure there are no production stoppage due to spare unavailability

d. Prepertion and maintaining the QMS & other documents

e. Responsible for on time preventive maintenance of molds as per defined schedule

f. Adhere to company polices,safety standards and 5s in the work place

g. Responsible to keep up all the molds to reduce major breakdown & production failures

a. Manufacturing Methods/Process

b. Design Interpritation

c. Steels and suface coatings knwoledge

d. Problem solving techniques

e. Hot Runner Systems maintenance

f. Communication Skills
