Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Analyze breakdown analysis reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in machine maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to machinery malfunction or breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of machine operation and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in VMC Fanuc / PLC & SPM machine maintenance or a similar field (die casting, mechanical engineering).
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of breakdown analysis, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and TPM ( Total Productive Maintenance ) concepts.
