Manager- CSR & Healthcare

- The Manager - CSR & Healthcare will lead the development, implementation, and management of corporate social responsibility programs, with a special focus on healthcare initiatives.

- This role will ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals, enhance its social impact, and build a strong reputation for corporate citizenship.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Program Development:

- Develop and implement CSR strategies with a strong focus on healthcare and community wellness.

- Identify key areas of social impact aligned with the company's values and business goals.

- Drive innovation in CSR initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

Program Execution and Management:

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare-focused CSR programs (e.g., health camps, disease awareness drives, medical aid projects).

- Manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to CSR activities, particularly in healthcare.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community leaders, corporate partners, and media.

- Represent the organization in CSR forums, healthcare conferences, and public events.

Monitoring and Reporting:

- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of CSR programs, particularly healthcare initiatives.

- Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, budgets, and impact assessments for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per statutory requirements (e.g., CSR spending under applicable laws).

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

- Master's degree in Public Health.

- Minimum 4-7 years' experience in healthcare program delivery along with a flavor for writing and technical documents drafting., of which 2 years in on-ground program handling.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Proven track record in designing and managing impactful CSR programs.

- Experience in building partnerships with NGOs, healthcare providers, and government entities.
