What Were Looking For:

We are seeking an SEO Manager to lead innovative and results-driven SEO strategies for our e-commerce platform, specscart.co.uk. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital visibility, optimizing customer acquisition channels, and making a measurable impact on the overall user experience and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to gain more organic traffic on our website
• Work on improving page speed, mobile -friendliness and navigation.
• Manage a team of SEO Specialists and guide them to maximise the efficiency.
• Plan monthly and Quarterly traffic targets and execute plans accordingly.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to development teams.
• Direct off-page optimization projects.
• Outreach to PR Agencies and media houses.
• Hold control on keyword rankings and make sure to improvise continuously.
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing and Google Trends.
• Work with development, marketing, and design teams to integrate SEO strategies seamlessly across all platforms.
• Implement and manage strategies for optimising local search results, including Google My Business profiles.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use analytical tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, campaign success, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyse competitors SEO strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
• Align SEO efforts with PPC, social media and email marketing campaigns.

What We Expect:

• Exceptional SEO experience for the higher user-traffic website.
• Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
• Updated with the latest SEO upgrades
• Experience from the E-commerce industry would be an advantage.
• Well-versed with Google algorithms and latest tools.
• Experience from a Product based-organisation.
• Team handling and training experience.
• Well-versed with the monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Experience from the UK or Global market SEO targeting would add an extra edge to your profile.
