Religare Finvest Ltd. is looking for a "Customer Relationship Manager" for its Noida office.
1. Calling, I/B & O/B. Managing all customer communications via email SMS & letters.
2. Audit calls and manage team quality. First point of contact for all possible escalations via email/calls.
3. Manage and create teams process reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
4. Feedbacking of the team on quality parameters.
5. Managing internal processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the depts.
6. Managing ad hoc projects within the team/dept. manage the team in absence of the HOD.
7. Maintaining data for internal and external use.
