1. Basic Information

Unique Job Position (UJP) – Manager F&V
Reporting To – Hub Head
Value Stream – Asset Operations
Location – Hub (or Fulfillment Center)

1. Purpose of the Role

• The F&V Manager is responsible for all F&V activities and packing for the Fruits and Vegetables (F&V) category. These include end-to-end handling and coordination in Receiving, Grading & Dispatching of F&V. The incumbent will report to Hub Head.

1. Listing of Activities performed by the job holder to deliver the outcomes

Receipt of Goods:

• Oversee the day to day Inbound and Outbound inventory management of the F&V category.
• Receive, verify and document goods received from City Processing Centers (CPCs) or Vendors
• Quality Control - Ensure that the goods being delivered by Suppliers meet the agreed quality parameters

Category wise Packing:

• Verify packing targets received from Category Team and ensure that they are communicated to different packing teams
• Manage a team of TL and Supervisors responsible for ensuring packets are packed on Smart Scale machines
• Oversee fulfilment of daily packing targets and ensure hassle free handover to night operations team

Additional Responsibilities:

• Publish regular operations reports on stock status, inventory, packaging, dispatch etc.
• Ensure no stock-outs
• Maintain sectional staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Stakeholder management- coordinate with Operations and Procurement team and/or other relevant stakeholders
