Identify the training needs for self and subordinates, propose for training.

Efficient Manpower and resource management.
Monitoring & maintenance of CP system.
Education Requirement : BE/ B Tech in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirement : Relevant working experience (minimum 15 years) in Oil & Gas Operations.
Skills & Competencies : Asset Integrity Management.
Knowledge of operation codes & standards.
Knowledge of Emergency response plan.
Pre commissioning and commissioning of assets.
Good communication and People management skills.
