Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial
a. Preparation of financial model for ongoing projects in coordination with Business development Team
b. Meeting/discussion with banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, for raising financial resources for executing various projects being implemented by Reliance Power.
c. Analysis and evaluation of Project Documents.
d. Finalization of the Loan Documents with Lenders Legal Council
e. Collaboration with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for acquisitions or expansions, at a least cost.
2. Operational
a. Compliances of various terms/conditions of the Facilities extended by banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, and reporting thereof
b. Preparation of internal MIS and presentation to the top management of Reliance Power
3. Customer
a. Co-ordination with external and internal advisors and timely submission of the necessary information
b. Constant interaction with Banks/Financial Institutions , Project Site, Accounts Team, Business Team, and Company Secretary
4. People
a. Maintain a high performance culture through effective training and coaching in line with Organizational values and ethics
b. Ensure continuous skill up-gradation
