HR Executive

Purpose of the Job : Handle end to end recruitment, HR operations and supporting various activities of Corporate HR function.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and end to end recruitment for Corporate Office.
• Stake holder management.
• Responsible for addressing employee related operational issues on day to day basis.
• Identifying & implementing different sourcing strategies.
• Coordinating with Zonal HR's and acts as a supporting hand for them.
• Ensuring smooth execution of Onboarding process of new joiners.
• Streamline the use of various mediums in recruitment such as LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Naukri portal.
• Preparing Offer, Appointment and other employment related letters for employees.
• Maintaining various monthly recruitment related dashboards.
