- Purpose of the Job : Driving and building new business in the digital space through Fintech and Ecommerce partnerships.
- Ability to grow the Wealth-Tech Space via Organic and Inorganic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Co creates Mutual Fund Business opportunities with Fintech /E Commerce companies at CXO level from inception to go live.
- Plans and executes strategic business alliances that result in disproportionate growth for NIMF Digital Business.
- Has the bigger picture of the BFSI, Ecommerce Industry and IOT .
- Propel business by opening NIMF Storefronts at Partner digital assets and bring in integrations across various Platforms of Choice.
- Digital Business order book management for sustained and profitable business model with a keen eye for both acquisition and retention.
- Needs to have a in-depth understanding of Digital P&L with Unit Economics as a key focus arena.
- Tracks P&L Monthly to justify investments.
- Ability to bring in Innovation in Partnerships leading to Pioneering initiatives thus making NIMF the first choice for the MF Shopper at the Marketplace.
- Owner of the NIMF Business Easy Application Ecosystem and Corporate Website that paves the way for Digital Adoption + Business across our Physical Distribution Franchise and Institutional Investment.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Digital User Growth , Digital Product & Platforms , Analytics, Technology, Operations, Marketing and external partners like Payment Gateways , RTA 's, Biometric Partners & Digital Giants to make NIMF Online products the prime choice for the consumer.

- Understands BHARAT and does not generalize.
- Maintains and Builds strong CXO level relationships.
- Self-Starter Runs the Business like an Entrepreneur with ROI focus.
Formal Qualification & Work Experience:.
- MBA from Tier 1 institute.
- 15+ years of total work experience.
- At least 3-4 years experience in Fintech Setup /Neo Banks / E Commerce Marketplace / Payment Gateways/ Successful Startups or Failed Ventures.
