Head - Human Resources - Battery Manufacturing Business (18-25 yrs)

Experience Required: 18+ Years in HR Leadership (Battery Manufacturing Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support the growth and efficiency of the battery manufacturing division.

- Lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Design robust succession plans and performance management frameworks tailored to the industry.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity within the organization. Drive engagement initiatives specific to manufacturing teams.

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Develop policies that align with the unique needs of the battery manufacturing business.

- Analyze workforce trends and align HR strategies with manufacturing goals, focusing on productivity and skill development.

- Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and stay ahead of technological advancements in the battery industry.

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 18 years of HR leadership experience, with proven expertise in the battery manufacturing industry.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive organizational change.

- Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the battery manufacturing business.

- Strong ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and design strategic HR initiatives.

- Communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing stakeholders across levels.
