Team Manager- FC&A (Power & Utilities)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power and Utilities Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and analyzing energy-related operations across all sites. This role involves overseeing annual operating plans, conducting variance analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the annual operating plans for power and utilities across all sites, with monthly variance analysis to track and report deviations.

2. Monitor costs associated with power, steam, and utilities, ensuring accurate and periodic variance analyses using automated reporting systems.

3. Prepare comprehensive monthly energy cost reports, analyzing fuel consumption in Captive Power Plants (CPP) and process areas, and providing detailed site-wise power and steam cost analyses.

4. Track and monitor fuel consumption on a daily and weekly basis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

5. Compile and summarize reports on the Annual Operating Plan, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

6. Keen to learn complexities of Indirect taxation involved in power deals (power being GST exempt)
