Senior Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Process

Requisition: Sr. Engineer Mech Maint-Process

Job Accountabilities:

Responsible for meeting company#s objective of safely achieving production targets by making availability of Process equipment to Plant Operations, Trouble-shooting equipment related problems, Suggesting modifications for Plant Improvement in terms of Safety, Reliability & Operability, Co-ordination with various departments and external agencies.

• Supervise Mechanical Maintenance task execution with quality
• Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices
• Support and participate in HSEF Audits
• Facilitate and support minor projects
• Overview & approve plant mechanical Maintenance history/ records
• Supervise and mobilize resources for mechanical shut down jobs
• Releasing Material and Service PR of Mech and their follow up
• Carry out study of VAR & RCA of failure and implement the recommendations
• Review the operating parameters log; Refer Cause & effect matrix, O&M manuals, data sheets, CS drawings
• Implementation of Condition Monitoring Recommendations
• Ensure effective implementation of equipment LLF & close out of observations
• Adherence to Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Reduce Mean time to Repair (MTTR); Ensure availability through effective planning for necessary resources as Spares, Services, Special tools & tackles etc
• Develop job schedule in co-ordination with Operation and other maintenance sections
• Ensure availability of updated pending job list; Carry out jobs as per SM

Education Required:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 Years of related work experience
