Job Title: Vice President of Marketing
Location: Pune
Position Overview: The Vice President of Marketing will spearhead the marketing efforts at AskMia, focusing on brand development, demand generation, and strategic positioning in the health tech sector. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in B2B marketing, especially with SaaS platforms, and a proven ability to lead large-scale campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with AskMia's growth targets and business objectives.
Drive global brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts in the health tech space.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support product development, sales, and customer success.
Brand Development & Content Strategy
Oversee the creation and execution of AskMias brand strategy to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences across all marketing channels.
Lead the development of impactful content, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and videos, to drive thought leadership and engagement.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Lead all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns, and social media strategy to enhance AskMia's online presence.
Leverage data analytics to track, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance for improved ROI.
Trade Shows, Events & Partnerships
Plan, manage, and participate in industry trade shows and events to elevate the company's profile and create networking opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, driving co-marketing initiatives and thought leadership platforms.
Public Relations & Podcasts
Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and influencer engagement to enhance AskMia's brand positioning.
Lead thought leadership initiatives, including podcasts, webinars, and published articles, to position AskMia as a health tech industry authority.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Set clear goals and provide ongoing support for the professional growth and development of marketing team members.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Use insights to inform product positioning and refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the health tech or SaaS industry.
Deep expertise in B2B marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and social media.
Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing initiatives and campaigns, both digital and offline.
Strong familiarity with U.S. markets and the ability to adapt strategies for different regions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in public relations and thought leadership, including media relations and speaking engagements.
Willingness to travel to the U.S. as needed.
