Position Overview:
Join our cutting-edge Generative AI lab as a Python AI Engineer and contribute to pioneering AI solutions. In this role, you will develop and implement AI functionalities, leveraging machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI to drive impactful insights from structured and unstructured data.

In this role, you will develop and implement AI functionalities, leveraging machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI to drive impactful insights from structured and unstructured data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data pipelines from proof-of-concept to production.
- Research and experiment with Generative AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), and emerging AI techniques.
- Enhance AI pipelines into scalable, production-ready solutions for seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and engineering for integration and optimization.
- Stay updated on AI advancements, cloud technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science with expertise in Python.
- Strong experience with ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).
- Hands-on experience in NLP, text processing, semantic parsing, and sentiment analysis.
- Understanding of data preparation, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
- Prior experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
