Team Leader - Ludhiana

• You Will Be Responsible For. Team leader should supervise the debt collection Team on a real-time basis
• Handling Recovery ,NPA & Write off cases on a case-to-case basis
• Communicating with Field Officers advocates & Senior Management
• Resolving Disputes with regards to Tele callers and field officers
• Preparing various reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Assisting team members in achieving collection goals. Training, managing, and developing a strong collection team.
• Following company procedures policies & regulations. Monitoring field officers Feedbacks, Daily Collection, Notices & Warrants
• Motivating team members & collectors to ensure they meet operational goals

Ideal Profile Requirement.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Prior MIS Executive experience candidate will be preferable
• Ability to remain calm while managing day-to-day activity.
• Provides excellent monitoring of collection staff.
• Ensures field staff meets or beats daily collections goals.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Coordinates collection activity to work toward goals.
