Role Overview:

Are you a seasoned Java expert with a passion for teaching? We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance high-quality Java training programs for both freshers and experienced hires. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of tech talent and contribute to the professional growth of our team members!

What Youll Do:

- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions (both in-person and virtual) on Java and
related technologies.

- Develop and refine comprehensive training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to
ensure a rich learning experience.

- Evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.

- Provide personalized coaching and support to learners to maximize their potential.

- Collaborate with fellow trainers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Travel to colleges or other sites for training as required, inspiring learners wherever you go!

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Proven people management and coaching abilities that inspire and empower learners.

Key Technical Skills:

- Programming Languages: Java

- Frameworks: Core Spring, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlet, Hibernate, Microservices

- Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular, Bootstrap

- Database Expertise: MySQL, PostgreSQL

- Cloud Technologies: AWS preferred; strong knowledge of Azure and GCP is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for adaptability in changing environments.

- A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge that ignites learning in others.

- Comfortable managing groups and delivering content clearly and accessibly.
