Relationship Manager

What you will be doing:

To manage a frontline Partner team of food service associates. Perform a variety of tasks associated with food production planning and engineering, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Perform general responsibilities which support the efficient organization of the contract in line with contractual terms and conditions along with enhancing customer experience.
Duties

Duties responsibilities:
Promoting good work culture and ensure on-time quality service.
Resolve issues and report incidences, accidents and near misses to reporting manager.
Ensure the SmartQ framework is maintained.
Achieve target Sales and increase in adoption.
Client retention.
Is passionate about delivering a quality service to our clients and employees.
Can work as a team and also willing to act on their own initiative.
Act with honesty and integrity maintaining the family culture.
Good communication skills to be able to liaise with a wide range of people to your work area and various stakeholders.
Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down client handbook regarding service deliverable, hygiene, health, and safety.
Team player and can-do attitude.
Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative and actions responsibly.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
