AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, a key player in the Shapoorji Pallonji Group and a leader in the EPC Infrastructure Industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Senior Manager Credit & Relationship Management at our Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Position: Senior Manager Finance Credit & Relationship Manager

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Qualifications: CA/ MBA (Reputed Institute)

Job Description:

1. Liasoning with banks & financial Institutions, Developing banking relationship
2. Preparation of project information memorandum as per credit requirement
3. Preparation of credit proposals to Banks in their format
4. Preparation of financial models, CMA Data, Analysing Financial Statement, business plan to be shared with banks
5. Knowledge on short term financing like Buyers Credit/ PCFC/ Commercial paper and long-term debt financing like External Commercial Borrowing/ Equipment Term Loan
6. Coordination with Rating Agencies
7. Should have independently handled 3-4 financing proposal (Rs.100 Rs.250 Crores).
8. Effective presentation & Negotiation skills
9. Effective written & oral communication
10. Knowledge of SAP accounting system, proficient knowledge in MS Excel
11. Relationship focused (with banks, peers, management)
12. Good interpersonal relationship and ability

Experience Required: 08 to 15 years
