We are currently looking for a UX Designer to join our team in Pune . This role will be a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week in our office located in Amar Tech Park.
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and specifications.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions .
- Conduct usability testing ad iterate designs based on feedback.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- S tay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Bachelor s degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 4+ years of p roven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision , Proto.io, or Axure is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
