Master s degree in Design (preferably from leading institutes like IDC-IITB, IITK, CPDM-IISC, NID, IITG, IITD, MIT-Pune etc.) related field, or equivalent practical experience
4-10 years of experience in UX Design (with at least 3 years in a product company)
A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for enterprise software or self-serve web-platforms
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience working on AdTech or MarTech product
Experience using UX tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
Experience in working on complex web products like enterprise software or self-serve web-platforms
A strongly strategic and creative approach and an ability to turn ideas into richly functional and visually slick prototypes
Successful track record in working across organizational boundaries and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
Responsibilities:
Lead the design team and fulfil all the design requirements following the design process.
Partner with Team-leads, Product Managers, Business Team, Engineering Team and Design Team to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features
Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy
Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience by building consensus across organizational boundaries
Perform regular audits on existing platform features and upcoming releasing features to find scope of improvements
