Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the overall HTD strategy for technology clients, aligning with upGrad Rekrut's vision and business goals.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging technology trends and align training programs accordingly.

- Build a scalable model for talent acquisition, upskilling, and deployment to address diverse client needs.

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their - talent requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and quality delivery of HTD solutions.

Training & Talent Development:

- Oversee the design and delivery of tailored training programs in collaboration with internal and external learning partners.

- Ensure curriculum and training frameworks meet the evolving demands of the technology industry.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

- Manage the end-to-end HTD lifecycle, from sourcing and training to deployment and post-deployment support.

- Track KPIs such as talent readiness, placement success rates, and ROI for HTD projects.

- Leverage technology and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals in sourcing, training, and client servicing.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the HTD team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

- 6-10+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, or talent solutions, with a strong focus on the technology sector.

- Proven track record of building and scaling HTD or similar business models.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of technology skills, trends, and workforce needs.

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities.

- Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in leveraging analytics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
