- Campaign Management: Design and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (including Universal App Campaigns), and affiliate networks to enhance user acquisition and retention.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV) to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with game development and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Partner Management: Manage and optimize relationships with advertising networks, agencies, and affiliates to expand marketing reach.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and retention, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Demonstrated success managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (including Google Ads and Universal App Campaigns), and affiliate networks.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization strategies to enhance app visibility and conversion rates.
- Skilled in managing SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns, with a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of ad creative best practices for optimizing ad performance and user engagement
