Job Description: Pre-Sales Solution Architect
Experience: 15+ years in Pre-Sales Solution Architecture
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team in Bangalore and Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of orchestrating multi-service solutions, creating compelling proposals, and delivering impactful presentations to customers. You will play a critical role in shaping technical solutions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring our proposals meet the highest standards of innovation and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions that address customer needs across multiple services.
- Develop detailed and persuasive proposals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and organizational goals.
2. Pitch Deck Preparation and Presentation:
- Create tailored pitch decks showcasing the technical and business value of proposed solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations to customers, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
3. Optimization and Innovation:
- Analyze and question assumptions to identify opportunities for optimizing individual solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales process.
5. Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable assets, and frameworks to improve the efficiency and quality of the solutioning process.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 15+ years in pre-sales solution architecture with a focus on designing multi-service solutions.
- Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Expertise in crafting customized, scalable, and innovative solutions that meet diverse customer needs.
- Strong capability to question assumptions and optimize proposed solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication and Presentation:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, managing multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
