Job Purpose
To achieve sales Budget, timely collection, monitoring PP activities (allotted resources) to established the brand image of product at farmer & trade level & developing the new markets for future growth. Timely feedback of competitor activities.
Role & responsibilities
1. Planning, Monitoring & Controlling of
- Sales Budget
- PP Budgets
- Collection & Expenses
2. Planning of ABMs / TBMs wise sales budget & collection.
3. Working out season-wise seed requirements for next budget year with coordination of ABMs / TBMs and reporting the same to Zonal Manager.
4. Ensuring the distribution of Trials & Demos well before the season for newly developed Hybrids / Varieties.
5. Will timely report about complaints in regards seed quality, packing material quality, excess, shortages, insurance claims due to natural calamity, accidents if any, transportation damage & delay etc. to the concerned departments under intimation to the Regional Manager.
6. Will ensure record keeping viz. Agreements of the Dealers, Balance Confirmations, correspondence, recovery of Dealers Deposits and obtaining of blank cheques.
7. Analysis of market, appointing distributor & dealers and making sales channel strong.
8. To extend Logistic Support to trade network
9. To circulate prices and other policies among staff and trade.
10. Future market & product growth possibilities in region.
11. Timely placement of material according to season & market requirement.
12. Participating in PP activities in all market to create awareness of product & motivate staff & trade.
13. Ensuring sale target in all markets by timely collection.
14. Liaison with Agriculture department & Universities.
