Grupo Bimbo - Regional Manager - Sales - Central (10-18 yrs)

1. Responsible for effective implementation of Sales Strategies and meeting sales target in assigned area (Central).

2. Implement sales plan, Strategies, with a view to increase sustainable market share and profitability.

3. Responsible for strengthening and expansion of distribution network.

4. Responsible for implementing policies and guideline for smooth functioning.

5. Responsible for understanding competition activities, demand and supply and Forecasting.

6. Effective & timely implementation of GTM strategy, Robust field force monitoring system, People management, Relationship management.

7. Managing complete business cycle in assigned region from business development and customer acquisition to payment collection.

8. Responsible for implementing effective sales monitoring system, Daily, Weekly, Monthly business review (Sales, Coverage and Fill rate).
