DotPe - Regional Sales Manager (8-12 yrs)

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager from Financial Services Industry to lead and expand our sales efforts in the Northern region for our secured loan products.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through Sub-DSA, Open Market, and Connector channels.

- As the Regional Sales Manager, will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting targets, and overseeing Area Sales Managers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the reach of secured loans across the Northern region.

- Manage and nurture relationships with Sub-DSA, Open Market, and Connector partners to drive business growth.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of Area Sales Managers, ensuring they meet sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges in the region.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of loan processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 8+ Years in sales management, preferably in secured loan products (home loans, loan against property, etc.

- Strong knowledge of the financial services market and loan products.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
