Role & responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring, developing and maintaining the Quality of Milk & Milk Products in the respective region by ensuring effective implementation of Quality, Hygiene and Sanitation Guidelines as per Food Safety Management Systems


Preferred candidate profile

Must having working experience in dairy industry

QA exp in raw milk and milk products at packing station

Familiar and adherence to ISO/ FSSAI Norms and documentation process

Need to visit chilling centers / BMCs as per business requirement.
