Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and drive the Secured and Unsecured Loan Division operations for the Dehradun region.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and revenue goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, clients, and financial institutions.

- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Ensure seamless implementation of the digital processes for client onboarding and loan disbursements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business strategies and deliver superior customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA.

- Relevant experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Credit Cards (CC), Overdrafts (OD), Education Loans, or Machinery Loans.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in the financial services domain.

- Strong understanding of secured and unsecured loan products and processes.
