Territory Manager Sales (Regalo Kitchens)


Position Overview:

Regalo Kitchens seeks a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager - Sales to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a top-tier business school, a proven track record of at least 3 years as a Territory Manager, and expertise in driving sales in kitchen solutions or allied industries.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for Regalo Kitchens’ solutions.
  • Ensure consistent sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.

Territory Management:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the territory, including geography, customer base, and market potential.
  • Optimize sales operations and ensure efficient resource allocation within the territory.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional service quality.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team and channel partners within the territory.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and territory performance reviews.


Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA from a reputed business school with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Territory Manager, preferably in modular kitchens, interior solutions, or related industries.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong business acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
