Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Client Outreach:
• • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, schemes, and services.
• • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing prompt and accurate information.
• 2. Sales Conversion:
• • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and schemes.
• • Convince customers to make purchases or enroll in ongoing schemes.
• • Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• 3. Relationship Building:
• • Establish trust and rapport with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• • Provide exceptional post-sale support and address client concerns professionally.
• 4. Database Management:
• • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• • Regularly update the database with client preferences and feedback.
• 5. Product Knowledge:
• • Stay updated on all product details, promotional offers, and gold schemes.
• • Effectively communicate the value propositions to customers.

Key Requirements:

• 1. Educational Qualifications:
• • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2. Experience:
• • 3-4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• • Prior experience in the jewelry or retail industry is an advantage.
• 3. Skills:
• • Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
• • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
