Job Description
Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd. is looking for QA - Head to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight:Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System to ensure consistent quality across all aspects of the organization
- Quality Policies and Procedures:Establish and communicate quality policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with industry standards and best practices
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, certifications, and guidelines specific to the industry
- Quality Audits and Inspections:Plan and conduct regular internal and external audits to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Quality Metrics and Reporting:Define and track key quality performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management
- Training and Education:Provide training and education to employees on quality standards, best practices, and quality control procedures
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate potential risks to quality and operational integrity, ensuring proactive risk management practices
- Supplier Quality Management:Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials, components, and services used in production
