Fleet Coordinator ( Hindi )

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and scheduling of fleet vehicles to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fleet utilization and minimize costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to fleet services.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and vehicle usage.
• Prepare and present fleet performance reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Fleet Management and Vehicle management
• Should have good communication over Hindi (Mandatory)
• Must have good experience in handling transporter and vendors
• Good exposure in Fuel Management, Vehicle tracking and Fleet Maintenance
• Working experience in MIS and Excel in must
