Vehicle Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Price & vehicle related details collection: Interact with dealerships to collect price/ Pro forma invoices and other details related to the vehicle based on the customer requirement.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal purchasing outcomes while maximizing profitability.
• Documentation: Ensure all the documentation with the Dealers as per the SOP of the procurement function
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to align vehicle acquisitions with business objectives and client demands and ensure that both internal and external stakeholders are served well.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in vehicle purchasing, fleet management, or automotive sales.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
• Proficiency in excel, google docs and automotive purchasing and inventory management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
