Sr Executive /Dy Manager / Manager - Policy and Regulatory Affairs

Currently we are hiring Sr Executive /Dy Manager / Manager - Policy and Regulatory Affairs who will monitor, analyze, and provide insights into various state and national policies related to power purchase and sales. The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits from regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Analysis and Research:

a) Study and interpret policies across different states related to renewable energy power purchase agreements (PPA) and power sale agreements (PSA).

b) Stay updated on new regulations and amendments affecting the wind energy

sector.

• Regulatory Compliance:

a) Ensure the company adheres to all state and central regulations governing

power generation, purchase, and sale.

b) Prepare and submit regulatory reports and applications as required by authorities.

• Stakeholder Liaison:

a) Build and maintain relationships with state electricity boards, regulatory

commissions, and government agencies.

b) Represent the company in regulatory discussions, public hearings, and

consultations.

• Strategic Advice:

a) Provide insights to the leadership team on the implications of policy changes on business operations.

b) Propose strategies to optimize opportunities under government incentive

programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian renewable energy sector and regulatory

framework.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or policy-related roles in the energy

sector.
