Manager - Planning

• Lead production planning for wind turbine towers, ensuring alignment with project
• schedules and client requirements.
• Oversee the import planning for wind turbine generators (WTG), ensuring coordination with vendors, customs, and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and engineering teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components by working closely with
• procurement and vendor management teams.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to minimize waste and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor production KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
• Prepare regular reports on production progress, delays, and risks, providing
• recommendations for improvement.

Experience: 10+ years in production planning and supply chain management, preferably in heavy manufacturing or renewable energy industries.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with an MBA or certification in Production Planning or Operations Management being an advantage.
