Position: Executive – Data Analyst

Location: Chennai

Position Responsibility

• Daily data review
• On time data entry
• Zero data error
• Minimal data correction
• Zero error in bills review
• Daily reports
• Consistent review with site team
• Vendor reconciliation
• On time escalation
• Good rapport with team

Objective of this Role:

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Attention to detail
• Closely work with site team to get to daily trip challans & reviewing the bills
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher / 1 Yr Exp
• Hindi knowledge (Speak & read)
• Knowledge in data review, correction & data entry
• Knowledge in bills processing
• Knowledge in Hindi
• Good communication skill
• Team work / Build rapport with site team
• MS Office & General ERP knowledge
