Technical Support Engineer - MRI

Position Summary:

• MRI Technical Support Engineer based out of Chennai, Bengaluru & Pune.
• Responsible to support the Service Engineer Team at site to isolate the defective component.
• Support in Parts repair & recycling. Handle Cryogen monitoring of all Sites & Ensure the Helium Boil off is as per Spec.
• Plan & Execute the System Installations in committed time frame.
• Lead the Magnet Pre-cooling activities in Warehouse., support in maintaining the MR system in Bay @ CWC.

Travel : Willingness to Travel on short notice and for reasonably longer period.

Academic qualification : DCE / BE

Experience: 3-5 years in Service of Similar products

Desired Technical Skills: MRI Troubleshooting / Training the New Engineers & Understanding and Troubleshooting Cryogen issues.

Desired Soft Skills: Training the New Engineers.

Language Proficiency: English Mandatory. Working knowledge on Hindi & Tamil.
