Role & responsibilities Responsible for developing ash sales in RMC, Builder, AAC blocks & bricks, cement and also to achieve ash utilization target infrastructure & road projects, low lying area filling etc. segment with targeted quantity of 50,000 Metric ton per month to start with in North region covering states of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and also export of ash at Nepal. Charting out plan & strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets. To recruit high performance team in sales as well as back office. Procurement of required ash from power plants & related stake holders through short as well as long term arrangements and to arrange logistics from market at competitive rates. Timely collection of outstanding payment and ledger reconciliation on quarterly basis through team effort Coordination with HO and maintaining relationship with all stakeholders of key accounts of company for smooth business activities. and vendors for timely dispatches of order and release of payment. Regular visit to all prospective clients, power plants etc. Industry preference: B2B sales experience in cement, cementitious & building Materials, Ready-mix concrete, infrastructure projects etc. Fluency in Hindi language preferred. Desired Profile: Any graduate with 5 to 15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction materials or related industry. Excellent relationship with ash buyers like cement, Concrete, CBG, waste, pavement blocks, RMC, bricks, Road, Mines industry and other industries in the assigned location. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in cement and concrete applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Fluent in Telugu and English; knowledge of other local languages is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at various levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
