Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance - Debt Fund Raising

Position Summary:
In this role, you will be part of Corporate Finance team, helping to raise debt fund raising from various banks and NBFC and handle end to end Preparations of various documents, term loan and transaction.
Essential Functions/Priorities:
- Responsible for Complete debt raising profile who would have worked in raising debt from Banks and NBFC space
- Responsible for end to end experience in Corporate Finance Banking and Fund Raising transactions.
- Responsible for the whole loan life cycle with proposal writing, financial model, and CMA data from scratch.
- Handle Banking Relationship in Banks/FI/NBFC space for Project Financing, Term loan and working capital Loan transactions
- Handle all aspects of large transactions for a business, including due diligence.
- Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital
- Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations
- Generating finance from shares and loans
- Use financial modelling to predict outcomes
- Support in targeting and winning business
- Negotiate and structure financial details
- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
- Prepare legal documents and prospectuses
- Assess and predict financial risks and returns
- Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies
- Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
Desired Profile
- MBA or CA with 0 to 2 yrs of Corporate Finance post-qualification experience.
- Complete debt raising profile who would have worked in raising debt from Banks and NBFC space
- The incumbent should have end to end experience in Corporate Finance Banking and Fund Raising transactions.
- He should have experience in the whole loan life cycle with proposal writing, financial model, and CMA data from scratch.
- He should have dealt with Banking Relationship in Banks/FI/NBFC space for Project Financing, Term loan and working capital Loan transactions
- He should be having experience in loan documentation and mortgage creation related activities
- Should have good experience working with Financial Module & Power sector.
- Excellent knowledge on Preparation of presentation, Information of Memorandum, financial modelling skills.
- Co-ordinating with different departments for information.
- Engaged with Corporate finance Team for closing the funds.
- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
- Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
